This wonderful, glowing sapphire is a perfect bright cornflower blue. Surrounded by eight white old cut diamonds, all of which are set in platinum. Finished off with a lovely triple split shoulders. An excellent and robust ring with more than a hint of regal spendour.
Cut - Round cut sapphire and old cut diamonds.
Colour - Diamonds are H.
Clarity - Sapphire is VS. Diamonds are SI; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat - The sapphire is approximately 1.00. The total diamond weight is estimated at 0.80 carat.
Circa - 1910.
Condition - Excellent.
Size - Currently L (UK) or 4 1/2 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements - The cluster measures 12mm by 12.5mm and sits 7mm from the finger.
Metal - 18k gold. The gems are set in platinum. Tested.
