A sublime Victorian graduated five stone ring which is bursting with character and quality. The rubies are perfect pigeon blood colour assoctiated with Burmese stones. Interspersed with two vibrant old cut diamonds, one ever so slightly whiter than the other. We love how these hand cut stones are a little bit idiosyncratic and "imperfect," making this classic Victorian design a touch eccentric and completely unique
Cut - All the stones are cushion shaped old cuts.
Colour - One diamond is G, the other is I.
Clarity - One diamond is SI, the other is VS. All the rubies are eye clean.
Carat - The total ruby weight is 1.74 carat; the diamonds are a combined 1.30 carat.
Circa - 1850.
Condition - Some light abrasions to the rubies - the photos rather exagerate them - to be expecting in a ring this old.
Measurements - The cluster is 6.2mm by 11.8mm and sits 3.5mm.
Size - N 1/2 (UK) or 6.75 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down in size.
Metal - 18k gold. Stamped.
